Headrest Cover Installation Instructions

1. Find the head rest base beneath the seat cover and make a small slit above it as show in figure 1.

2. Push the head rest base up through the slit. (See Figure 2.) Work it around until the seat cover is fully beneath the base as seen in figure 3.

3. Replace head rests.
4. If optional headrests covers have been purchased, pull them over the headrest, pull the strings tight, and tie off. (See Figure 4.)
